Between the holidays and moving in to our new house I haven't had time to blog. These are some of the photos Kevin's sister Michelle took of us over thanksgiving! I will post pictures of our new house as soon as life slows down a bit. Next week we are going to be starting a new project... painting the baby's room!
Last night we went over to Ron and Tanja's house for some fun with some of the young marrieds from church. We ate pumpkin pie had some apple cider and carved some pumpkins.

Some sad stuff has happened in the Gillatt family this week. Grandma G has past away. She was an amazing woman. So full of life. I married into the family a little over a year ago and have known Grandma G for over 2 years. She loved me the same as she loved all her grandkids. She lived a very fulfilling life. She was a pastors wife for 37 years, mother of 3, pastor over the seniors at cfc. She is going to be missed. Never did I see her not happy. She always had a smile on her face. Now she is in heaven hanging out with Jesus, maybe she met my dad too. I am so thankful that I have had the chance to meet her and she has influenced my life just in that short time. 
I haven't had time to blog since we got back from our trip. Life has been going fast non stop! Just staying busy with the normal things like church, work, family birthday's, and going to the doctor. We find out on october 1st if its going to be a boy or girl! Im so excited I wish I could find out now, because I want to go buy some cute little outfits!

Right now Kevin and I are in Colorado spending time with my family. We celebrated our one YEAR anniversary Monday! Sunday and Monday we stayed at a hotel, went to the Garden of Gods, miniature golfing, and out to dinner at the Elephant Bar. I will post more pictures when I get home.
Today I had my first ultrasound! What a great experience. Kevin and I went to the doctors at 11:40am, they told me to drink lots I mean LOTS of water before I came. Well by the time we arrived at the doctors I was doing the pee dance:). Not to mention they were 30 minutes late on getting me in. I was getting a little moody. Everything was better when I got to the room and laid eyes on our little gummybear! We even heard the heart beat! It made Kevin tear up a little....but don't tell him I told you. To see the life inside of me made me realize "this is really happening...I'm really going to have a baby!" So I'm 9 weeks and 5 days. Due Feb 15th!
So I haven't blogged in a little while...sorry! The reason why look at the picture. The big announcement at my church is I am Pregnant! I have had a little sick feeling usually after dinner. I'm ALWAYS wanting to sleep! But Kevin and I are super excited to begin this new part of our lives together. Im going to be a Mommy:)
Lets start with friday night. Kevin and I went on a double date again with Joel and Becca. We went to Smoky Mountain Pizza and then to edwards to watch the new Hulk movie. It was a good night, Kevin and Joel were being dorks and bought hulk shirts to wear to the movie. Then as we were leaving Joel and Becca talked us into going with them the next day to the cherry festival. 
Saturday we left around 11 and drove to Emmett. I hadnt been there in forever! Anyway we got to the festival and it was so Hot! Kevin and Joel went on rides while Becca and I took the Kids to the petting zoo. 
Sunday was Fathers day! It was a normal Sunday so BUSY! I helped all the kids make a little goodie bag for their dads. Each candy represented something, the Kids loved making it but wanted to eat the candy too.
Then we went over to Kevin's families house and had Roast( Kevins dads favorite meal) I think its kinda gross. We just hung out there for a while then headed home and relaxed the rest of the night.
Here is a picture of my dad and I, I cant believe he has been gone for 5 years! I miss him so much! He was such an awesome dad and I was his princess. Love you DAD!
Well sorry that I havent blogged in a long time. Summertime is the busiest time of year.
So, my favorite smells would have to be Lillies, they are also my favorite flower too!
Fresh cut grass. 
Right when it starts to rain, especially in the summertime when its warm out. 
And my favorite lotion that they are taking away so I will no longer be able to buy it....breathe romance is a soft smell that is so good.
My favorite sight to see is the Oregon Coast. I love the ocean! I was born and raised in Oregon. I remember the days when I was little, my brothers and I would go camping on the coast with my grandparents. The things i love most about -salt water taffy- sea shells( love collecting them)-and I love taking pictures of random things on the coast.
Like everyone else's blogs about this, I cant believe its been 7 years! The time has flown by.
I Graduated from Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs. High school was a good and bad experience for me.
In 1999 I moved from Emmett Idaho to Colorado Springs, I hated leaving in the middle of high school and having to make new friends. I never really fit in at Mesa Ridge. I stayed in contact with Holly from Idaho and even went to Emmett's graduation.
Since I graduated lots of changes have happened to my life. I decided to go to work when I got out of High School as an assistant caterer. It was a fun job. Then I decide to attend YWAM, its a three month school and then you go to another country for a month and help out in orphanages and churches. It was a life changing experience so I decided to go back to YWAM and attend another school. In between schools my dad past away. That was one of the hardest things to go through. I know that if I wasn't in ywam with all of those people supporting me, I would not be where I am today. Then I moved back and got my catering job back for a few years.
in 2006 I met the man of my dreams, a year later we married and now we are looking into buying a house. I could of never imagined all the amazing things God has blessed me with.
On Monday I had to open at my work, it was not fun! No one came in because unlike me most people had the day off! I'm not bitter at all! Anyway I got to go home early because it was so slow, so that was a blessing.
Then it was off to make the rounds going to the many bbq's we were invited to.
First we went over to Kevin's work BBQ, it was a lot of fun! Every couple got a gift card to Bed Bath and Beyond and Home depot! Can't wait to go shopping.
Then we headed to my Grandparents house but could only fit dessert in our bellies. We stayed there for a couple hours, played games and then went home. 
After only an hour of rest we headed with Kevin's Family to go put flowers Susan Ann's grave. Susan Ann is Kevin's Sister who was born still birth. The time we spent at the grave yard made me sad because I usually go with my family to visit my Dad's grave on Memorial day. After that I was a little emotional but we still went to the final BBQ at Kevin's Aunt and Uncles.

Friday night we went on a double date with our close friends Joel and and Becca.
First we went to Red Robin to eat, that was the second time I had been there this week! 
Then it was off to the movies! Indiana Jones, Kevin and Joel were very excited they kept singing the theme song during the movie! The movie, well......Kevin and Joel really liked it! I thought it was a little strange and so did Becca. We weren't sure what to think of it. 
It was a very fun night. I think Kevin and I need to do that more often.
